Build a Rep-Level Weekly Self-Report Template
Create a self-report template reps fill in every Friday — turns 1:1s into coaching, not status updates.
repmanagerBeginner⏱ 15–20 min per 1:1, plus much sharper coaching
When to use
Use when your 1:1s waste 20 minutes catching up on what the rep did. This template gets reps to self-report every Friday so the 1:1 can jump straight to coaching the top 2 deals and one skill. Especially useful for ramping new agency AEs.
The prompt

Pro tips
- If the rep ever writes 'nothing didn't work', push back — they're not being honest.
- Manager reads it BEFORE the 1:1 and walks in with 2 questions, not 10.
- Track 'skills I want to get better at' over a quarter to spot patterns and run team-wide training.
