We started as a digital marketing agency with 3,000 clients. Like many agencies, our growth stalled because we lacked a systematic sales process. By implementing the STAOS™ framework—Structure, Tracking, Analyze, Optimize, and Scale—we grew from 3,000 to 9,000 clients in just four years while maintaining a 96 % retention rate. This success attracted clients who wanted the same results, so we shifted our focus to teaching and advising other agencies

Jimmy started his career in sales and digital marketing, where he quickly learned the difference between short bursts of hustle and sustainable growth. Over the years, he’s built and led sales and marketing teams at both Inc. 5000 agencies and Fortune 500 companies, managing over $50 million in advertising spend and driving more than $200 million in revenue for clients. He’s personally made over 80,000 cold calls and trained more than 200 sales reps, giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to build teams that consistently perform.

Along the way, he saw the same challenge repeat itself: agencies and founders hitting a ceiling because they lacked structure, consistency, and systems to scale. Determined to change that, Jimmy created the STAOS™ framework—bringing big-company discipline and entrepreneurial speed together in one repeatable model. Earlier in his career, he focused on training hundreds of sales professionals at an Inc. 5000 company and a Google Ads Premier SMB Partner. He then transitioned into SaaS, where he led sales and customer enablement through two acquisitions before ultimately heading enablement for a major privately held company generating $300 million in revenue. His experience spans both in-office and remote-first companies, giving him a versatile perspective on how teams succeed in different environments. Throughout these roles, Tito noticed a recurring challenge: too many organizations relied on hustle, intuition, or a handful of high performers to drive growth. While that approach could deliver short-term wins, it left companies without a repeatable system. Driven to solve that problem, Tito co-founded Scale with STAOS™.
