Colour on the URL, before anyone clicks.
Two reps working the same account on the same day is not a CRM problem, it is a visibility problem. LeadLens puts the CRM status where the decision actually happens — on the link.
LeadLens runs as a browser extension against your own HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Close instance. It reads status from the CRM you already keep, so there is no second list to maintain and nothing to sync.
Any URL that maps to a record in your CRM gets coloured by its lead status — worked, in progress, untouched — wherever it appears. Search results, a shared prospect list, a spreadsheet of domains, an email. The colour travels with the link.
You see what has already been touched at a glance, so the rep about to call an account that a colleague spoke to on Tuesday knows before they pick up the phone rather than thirty seconds into the call.

How it fits your stack.
HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Close. It reads lead status from your own instance rather than holding a copy, so whatever your team updates in the CRM is what the colour reflects.
Everywhere. That is the point of doing it as a browser extension rather than a CRM plugin — the moment a rep is deciding whether to call is usually not inside the CRM. It is in a search result, a list a colleague sent over, or a prospecting tool's export.
Duplicate work and cold approaches to warm accounts. In a team of three or more, both happen weekly and neither shows up in a report — the rep who called an already-worked account just has a slightly awkward conversation and moves on. The cost is invisible, which is why it never gets fixed.
Yes, and that is stage two of the five. Structure defines what the statuses mean; tracking makes them visible at the point of decision. A CRM where the statuses are accurate but nobody sees them until after the call is tracking that has not finished being installed.
It runs against your own CRM, so setup is per-team rather than a public download. Ask on the audit call and we will get you set up.
It reads status from the CRM you have already authorised and colours links locally. There is no third-party list being built and nothing to upload — the extension is a lens over data you already own, which is where the name comes from.

Which is stage two of five. The audit tells you where the rest of the leak is.
